The second of six presentations around the country to Community First Responders by the National Ambulance Service to mark National Volunteering Week took place in Mallow, Co. Cork.
The National Ambulance Service is recognising Community First Responders for their valuable volunteer work and commitment throughout the recent Covid 19 pandemic. This year the theme of National Volunteering Week is ‘Celebrate and Reconnect’.

Groups from Mallow, North Cork, Cork City, Kerry and the Cork City Fire Brigade gathered last evening to accept awards for individuals in their CFR Groups who we volunteered their time helping their communities during the recent pandemic.
